Former law minister Datuk Mohd Zaid Ibrahim has slammed the Police (Amendment) Bill 2024, which was passed by the Dewan Rakyat last week.

Dewan passes Police Act amendments, including appointing YDPA as honourary top cop

The Dewan Rakyat today passed the Police (Amendment) Bill 2024, which among others includes appointing the Yang di-Pertuan Agong as the honourary commissioner-in-chief of the Royal Malaysia Police.
