Indonesia’s National Agency for Disaster Countermeasure documented floods and wind-related disasters in various regions while in the Philippines, flooding and landslides have been reported in Southern Mindanao.

Continuous heavy rain has led to landslides at some locations across the East-West Highway from Jeli in Kelantan to Gerik, Perak, covering half of the road in some places.
