REVELLERS at the Thean Hou Buddhist temple in Kuala Lumpur are seen in awe over the hundreds of red lanterns suspended from rooftops ahead of the upcoming Chinese New Year celebration.

The Thean Hou Temple is a six-tiered temple dedicated to the Chinese sea goddess Mazu. Occupying 1.67 acres of land atop Robson Heights on Lorong Bellamy, it offers panoramic views overlooking Jalan Syed Putra. – February 5, 2024
